1. What inspires you the most in the field of people management?
What inspires me most is the fact that every person is different. As a manager, you work every day to align diverse individuals toward a shared direction. It’s both a challenge and a privilege to create unity while respecting individuality.
2. Are there any aspects of your organization’s HR processes that are likely different from those in other organizations?
I wouldn’t say we are radically different from others, but as a growing company, we face new challenges every day. Many of those are related to HR. That’s why becoming a member of PARE is valuable—we can exchange experiences and learn from others navigating similar paths.
3. Why did you decide to join PARE?
Vextur is growing, our team is expanding, and we’re encountering more people-related questions on a daily basis. Joining an association of HR professionals gives us access to a like-minded community, new connections, and a space to learn and grow together.
