HR without borders: unique networking meeting of Ukrainian and Estonian HR communities

We invite our members and other HR professionals to take part of a networking meeting between Ukrainian and Estonian HR communities. We focus on exchanging the knowledge useful for Ukrainian HR professionals, who seek to work in Estonia and for Estonian HR professionals, who wish to hear about the challenges, strategy changes of Ukrainian HR community and which cross-cultural aspects to keep in mind, when recruiting Ukrainian refugees.
