PARE Leadership Talks: Labor law case studies

The 4th PARE Leadership Talks event will take place on January 25th. At the request of the participants, we will analyze several case studies related to labor law. It promises to be a very useful and exciting event, providing an opportunity to meet new people and practice English.

This time, the event will be led by Mai-Liis Palginõmm, who has worked 10+ years in different management roles. Her aim as a leader is to create suitable conditions for everyone to flourish in their job and grow as professionals. The only tools any manager has at their disposal is other people, thus knowing how to lead and support people is vital. Her values are clarity, honesty and transparency.
